America's Next Top Model...what a concept. Is there really any point to this show? I mean, there is a 3-judge panel "grading" girls between the ages of 18 and 20 something. And for what? Bragging rights? Access to the food? The cameras and glamour? Many of these girls don't come from any sort of half-way wealthy background and are on here probably because they are desperate. One of them said she has a fascination with nosebleeds...whatever that is about.
Is there anyone else who thinks that, just maybe, our national priorities are a bit skewed here? Or am I the only one who seems to feel that society's beliefs and ideals have completely fallen into the lowest depths of Dante's inferno?
